Our polypropylene pumps are specifically made for highly corrosive fluids where metal is either not advised or is prohibitively expensive. With a horizontally radially split one-piece volute casing design and a semi-open impeller single entry, single stage, these centrifugal, corrosion-resistant pumps operate smoothly and in compliance with regulations.
High alumina ceramic sleeves are used in polypropylene pumps to shield the shaft from abrasion and corrosion of any kind. The best cast iron heavy-duty oil-lubricated bearing housing aids in obtaining the maximum strength of the pumps, and a mechanical seal prevents leaks from the pumps.
